I'm sorry if I missed naming others but you know who you are. You've all been very kind and I really appreciate your emails and comments. Your kind words made me "smile".
Today's daily special is "Featured Stamp" by "Hero Arts". This stamp is titled "Doodle Daisy". I really like this stamp. . .the flower is about 2 3/4" in diameter so it fills up the card up a lot.
In case you're wondering. . .yes, I colored each individual swirl and patterns. You probably wouldn't have the same patience as I do to color all of them individually. A good fill in is to stamp the image over colored paper and fill in areas that you want additional color. I colored all the images while watching the news on TV. . . well, more like "listening" rather than "watching. It's a great way to be on top of what is going on in the world and color in detailed stamp images. I found strategies to help me in my stamping so I don't get impatient and try to rush things and watching TV while stamping helps me from getting bored - I also turn on the stereo and listen to "upbeat" music.
Card 1 Detail:
Other stamps: K&Co "Special moments"
Paper: Lovely Lilac, Olive Green, Colorbok scrapbook paper
Ink: Prismacolor pencils and markers
Accessories: American Craft Elements ribbons, button by Foof-a-la, brads from JoAnn, Stampin Up Ticket Corner Punch
This second card, I embossed the background with the CB folder and highlighted the embossed areas with a Pearlescent Chalk Set by Pebbles, Inc. By the way, the chalks leave a "shimmery" effect rather than a flat effect that regular chalks leave. So worth the $17.00 I paid for the set. I actually bought two sets - each set comes in 30 different colors so all together I have 60 pretty colors.
Card #2 Detail:
Paper: Cool Caribbean, Cameo Coral, K&Co Designer Paper
Ink: Prismacolor Pencils and Markers, Pebbles Pearlescent Chalking Set
Accessories: Darice Rhinestones, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Organdy ribbon

Stamping Tip:
If you take a look at the designer paper, do you see the "pink" color of the DP. . .well. . .the original design did not have a "pink" color. . .I thought the paper would look nice with the image but the color did not exactly match. To solve this problem I colored in the "pink" color with a marker to match my flower image.
Card #3 Details:
Paper: Always Artichoke, Pink Passion, K&Co Designer Paper
Ink: Prismacolor Pencils and Markers
Accessories: 1" and 1 1/4" circle punches, brad by JoAnn, Darice Rhinestone
