How ya' all doing with your Halloween and Fall cards? Hope better than I am. You can't tell but the background of this card is slightly shimmery because I embossed the whole background as well as the leaves.
I stamped the images using Kaleidacolor ink pad (spectrum multi-color), used the SU Spritzer tool and spritz speckles, inked the whole thing with Versamark then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. I did the same thing witht he leaves.
I must celebrate the fact that I did not use any designer paper on my card! Whoohoo! I actually created my own background which I rarely do because I'm one lazy stamper.
Stamp sets: Stampendous Summer Leaves, Fiskars Thank You
Ink: Kaleidacolor Autumn Ink pad, SU True Thyme
Paper: Glossy White cardstock, SU Really Rust, Beige (unknown)
Accessories: Paper Ribbon, Clear Embossing Powder, JoAnn Brads
Beautiful, Maria! :0)

I'm going to see what I can do with some leaves and of course, link my readers to your card. Fantastic job. The background is so nice that it didn't occur to me there was no designer paper.
