Clarification of My Previous Post

Good Evening Everyone! Here's a card I made this afternoon using "The Angel Company" stamp set called "Gift Tags". I bought the stamps from Jen at "Pieces of Me" who is a consultant for TAC. The sentiment is by Inkadinkado.

I colored the Santa image using Prismacolor Pencils with Gamsol and colored the frame with Prismacolor Markers and applied Liquid Applique on to Santa hat. I also applied Crystal Effects by SU on to the candy stripe framing around the Santa. The rest of the card are basically layering and adding a few design elements.

I removed the two previous commentaries I posted because I was concerned that I may offend people. People sometimes are sensitive to controversial subjectsand are easily offended. I've seen a bunch of blogs that discuss sensitive subjects and people become really passionate about it.

I recently visited a blog site and the owner basically dissed Stampin Up. Interestingly, the person began to receive "hate" comments which I found to be quite ridiculous. . .sheesh, it's about rubber stamps. There's no need to hate. Anyway, I'd hate to receive hate mails.

Card Details:

Stamps: The Angel Company Stamp, Inkadinkado
Ink: Prismacolor Pencils with Gamsol and Prismacolor Markers
Paper: Provocraft Designer Paper, SU Garden Green, Real Red
Accessories: Box of ribbons (Christmas), Fiskar "Scallop" Scissors, Liquid Applique, SU Crystal Effects, SU Round Tag Punch

Love this one, Maria! I am going to be ordering this set from Jen this week too!! ;0)

I understand taking the posts off, but don't feel pressured into it. It's your blog! If we don't like it we don't have to come around...right? ;0) I'm still here though!! :0)

I'm with Tracy on this one Maria! You are entitled to say what you feel and if what you say is from the heart and people get offended, well that's their problem. You are just staying true to you! I did get a bit offended, just a bit, BUT, like I said, that's my issue, so Gabby grab a tissue. You know me though, I adore your work and am simply in awe of it, AND what you say. If you get hate mail, then those people have nothing better to do but to feel offended because you are speaking your truth. Like my mom says "If the shoe fits...well then just put it on". Don't feel you have to sugar coat anything for anyone. This is America last time I checked and you are VERY entitled to your opinion and voicing it! You shouldn't have to explain or retract what you say and feel for others. Now with that said....I ADORE your Santa card! HUGS! P.S. I do have all those Mega and Giga punches....LMBBO!!! :P So? :P HA HA HA! Hey...miss you over at HMCWL!

Wow, you are definitely giving me ideas on how to use these stamps. I purchased the same set from Ms. Jen, can't wait to ink them up. This card is fantastic.
