Featured Blogger of the Week - {art} farts smell good: the blog

I have a new "Featured Blogger of the Week" I'm excited to present Aimeslee's Blog site. . .get this. . {art} farts smell good: the blog. Haha! How ingenious!! The best blog title yet! I love to read and I mean literally "read" what she writes on her blog. Y'know. . .not just scroll down at the pictures.

Her blog site is eclectic - with a mix of traditional rubber stamping, collage, mixed media, scrapbooking and a bit of personal chit-chat included. I'm not one who have an inclination to "read" blogs all the time, but I do love visiting her site to do just that! Her site is very original and one can sort of envision the type of person she is in real life by just reading her blog. She sounds like a really "fun" person - someone you'd have good conversations with!

Not only reading her blog site is great. . .her art work/card making/rubber stamping/scrapbooking creations are FABULOUS! It appears she doesn't limit herself to one aspect of rubber stamping, but use a multitude of creative concepts to create her handmade projects! She has been blogging for a while now. . .she's discovered this great medium for sharing our work long before we ever knew there were "rubber stamping blogs". We're seriously newbies compared to her.

So. . .if you want to visit a great blog site visit {art}farts smell good: the blog and I believe you'll agree with me!

Featured Blogger of the Week - Distinctive Touches

I have a new "Featured Blogger of the Week". I chose Colleen's blog site "Distinctive Touches". Colleen's blog site is "distinctive" for sure. Her blog layout is unique and distinguishes her from other blog sites. Not only does she have a cool blog layout, she creates wonderful projects. Colleen is an avid rubber stamper as well as a scrapbooker. She is also a reporter for Craft Critique, a blog site I featured a few weeks ago. Craft Critique is a blog site focusing on critiquing craft products on the market. Check out "Distinctive Touches" today and check out her wonderful papercraft creations.

Featured Blogger of the Week

One of my readers asked what happened to my "Featured Blogger of the Week" section. My "Featured Blogger of the Week" moved to my sidebard. It used to be at the top of my blog site but it was just taking to much space at the top so I moved it to my sidebar.

My "Featured Blogger of the Week" is Pam's Blog Site Stamping with {Serendipity}. Pam has lovely card creations and she also blogs regularly. Check out her blog site for great card ideas!

Featured Blogger of the Week

The featured blogger of the week is "Craft Critique". This is a blog site focused on reviewing the various craft products out on the market today. Reviews are collectively gathered from other bloggers and crafters who have actually bought the products and used them. Each month they feature a "carnival" of a particular type of product. February's carnival review was on paper trimmers and this month's carnival will be on paper punches.

This is a great site especially if you are interested in purchasing products that you have been hesitant to purchase because you were unsure if it was worth the purchase or unsure of it's use.

Check it out today. . .I believe you'll be impressed with this site.

Until later. . .

Lately I've been really in to creating things other than cards and her blog site are a great source for ideas. Check it out when you have the chance. I believe you'll be inspired as well.

Featured Blogger of the Week

I have a new "Featured Blogger of the Week"! I chose "Stamping 101" to be featured this week. Although it appears that her blog site is fairly new, she already has a bunch of great tutorials. I'm originally from Hawaii and it was great to see the Aloha flip-flop card that she made. To check out her blog site, click here . . .or click on the title of this post to be linked to her site.

I am retiring Inkventive Expressions to my sidebar but don't despair, if you haven't already added her site to your favorites, the link to her blog site will be located to the right of my blog site under the heading "Featured Blogger" and you can visit her site at any time!!

Until later. . .

Featured Blogger of the Week - Inkventive Expressions

I found a great blog site to feature this week. The site name is INKventive Expressions. I have chosen this blog site as my "Featured Blogger of the Week" Similar to Allison's Stampin When I Can blog site, Cori's INKventive Expressions blog site is filled with great card ideas. She blogs regularly - more so than I do, can you believe it and post tutorials as well! My "Featured Blogger of the Week" is located above my post and is a fixed category. It will remain up for a week and will later move to the right of my blog site under the category "Featured Bloggers" so that you can visit the featured bloggers at anytime thereafter.

New Feature to My Blog

I added a new feature to my blog. I will have a "Featured Blogger of the Week" . I was inspired by Allison whose blog site is called "Stampin When I Can". She has a "Inspiring Blog of the Week" on her blog site and she chose my blog site this week. Isn't that cool!

Well, I thought featuring a blog site weekly was such a great idea! Due to time constraints, I haven't really had a chance to look through the vast amounts of blog sites out there. It's difficult to browse through all of them and I'm sure you've experienced the same problem. So as my personal obligation to this new feature, I will pick a blog site each week that I feel is worth looking at (in my opinion).

What I'll look for are readability (intelligent writings), active blogging, interesting topics (not just personal diary or rambling), relevancy to rubberstamping and cardmaking, great features (i.e., links, galleries, etc.), tutorials, graphics, pictures, etc.

I will from time feature a blog site that do not pertain to rubberstamping but I feel is worth looking at. There are great writers out there and I'm interested in many other things besides rubber stamping so I'd like to feature those blog sites too.

I am interested in the global warming issues that plague us today so I may feature blog sites that discusses those issues. I wonder if rubberstamps contributes to global warming. . .hmmmm. . .nah, I don't think so.

The "Featured Blogger of the Week" will be located at the top of my blog site and will be a fixed category meaning it won't be a post. After the week is over I'll add the featured blogger as a link to the right sidebar of my blog under "Featured Blogger" so you may visit it at anytime.

I have a "personal" blog site that do not pertain to rubberstamping or cardmaking and it's called "Reflections and Perspectives" and the link is located at the top of my blog site. It's just my musings of personal interests. I didn't want to ramble on my rubber stamping blogs because I felt people may not be interested in reading them, especially, when they are specifically looking for rubberstamping ideas.

Anyway, look out for my new feature. I'll set it up sometime today!

Until later. . .
