Daily Special - Featured Stamp - Autumn Leaves "Flowers'

Look what I received in the mail 2 days ago. My Autumn Leaves stamps! Awesome designs! I love them. The stamp sets range from $9.99 to $14.99. That's not bad considering the amount of beautiful stamps in each set. Scroll down to see the image of a card I made with one of the sets.

I made the card with the "Flowers" stamp set. I stamped the image on a K& Company designer paper. . .this paper is from the K-ology stack then I cut out the images. Okay, K & Company scrapbook paper is another addiction of mine. I won't even go there! It's scary.

Stamping Tip:

To spruce up a "flower" add dots to the flower using a marker or gel pen. The dots on the flower aren't from the stamp image, I drew them in myself. It adds a little character to the image. . .well, I think so. Another tip is to layer the flower image on two layers of cardstock and bend the petals forward to give them a 3D appearance. I also rubbed ink to the edge of the flowers and the scrapbook paper to soften the edge.

Don't forget to scroll down for the sketch!

I love your sketches. I love how you bring them to life with your cards. I searched out Autumn Leaves stamps and found them on line. I can see why you like them. I am thinking I need some myself. TFS
