Random Card - Cuttlebug and Autumn Leaves

Just another card I made today. Again, I used the same stamp set by Autumn Leaves - "Flowers". The sentiment stamp which you can't really see in the picture because of the shadow. . .is a sentiment by Close to My Heart.

Stampin Tip:

If you don't feel like coloring in an image. . .rubber stamp it on a colored cardstock and shade it using a sponge dauber. It's a fast and easy way to color in images. I added dots on the flowers and other parts of the images using a marker to add a little more character. Another tip is to stamp an image in a row, like I did with the flower vines and cut out the outline to create a border.

To enhance the flowers, I added glitter using Stickles glitter (fine glitter mixed with glitter glue). I love stickles because the glitter is very fine. It's very easy to use especially on detailed work.

The heart background was created by Cuttlebug "Heartblocks" embossing folder. I think I have 12 embossing folders and had a chance to use only 3 of them. I'm going to start using them in the next few projects. What's the point in buying them if I don't use them.

Cardstock used: Stampin Up Pretty in Pink, light blue (unknown)
Ink: Prismacolor Markers
Accessories: Making Memories chipboard buttons and shapes, Basic Basic ribbon, Hemp cord, 1"circle punch and 1 1/4" circle punch

The circles on the sketch represents an image of your choice.
